Friends various Universities are not conducting the Interviews for the post of Asst Librarians/Librarians after adsvertising the vacancies. After 1-2 year they are readvertising the post again cheating the candiadtes. Few Universities are Punjab Univ., MDU Rohtak, Kurukshetra Univ. etc. Niether they are conducting interviews nor refunding the draft amount, this is very serious issue. We should raise voice against it. Kindly suggest.

I whole heartedly support Sri Mukesh Kumar's views and statement. There are many good candidates who can not afford to pay such application fees and as such refrain from applying. In turn, the institutions loses services of many competent human resources. In turn, they are National loss which we can not (& should not) afford.

Thank you Sir for making my post complete by adding the content and relating it with the problem of nation as a whole. It's quite true as per my personal experience, I don't apply if the application fee is more than my budget and expectations.
Sir, we need to prepare a letter to be sent to entire employers in India. Sir I have an idea, "request letter will not be posted by the courier or any mail post, we (all the member of www.lislinks.com) will deliver them by hand." Just need to prepare and share among us, we will print and submit it to our nearer and approachable institution, in to the concern dispatch department.

And, we must adhere to Sri Amit's Proposal & Ms. Shraddha Shahane's point about the age of earlier applicants. It is so painful to go through their posts and the underlying agony & despair in them.

kutch universities to pichale 5-6 years se advt nikal kar apna ghar bhar rahi hai yadi candidate ki jaroorat nahi hai to advt kyon nikalti hai. kya candidates usi age group me bane rahege ? aisi universities ki ugc aue HRM ko complaint karni chahiye

आप का विचार और सुझाव सही है हमें UGC को पत्र लिखना चाहिए की आप किसी विश्वविद्यालय को इतना सक्षम होना का अधिकार दीजिये की वो रिक्त पदों की नियुक्ति कर सके । अगर हम किसी भी विस्वविद्याल को ये कहेंगे की आप एग्जाम क्यों नहीं कंडक्ट करवा रहे तो वो यही कहेंगे की हमें अधिकार नहीं है की किसी प्रोटोकॉल को ब्रेक कर सकें |

universities ek autonomous body hai aur inke paas recruitments se related sabhi rights surakshit hote hai bus apne candidates ko fill karne ke liye hi ye aisa karte hai maine kai bar aisi universities ke bare me HRM ki websites per likha hai main chahati ho ki yadi aap sabi yadi possible ho to us per likhiye kyonki sabhi ke likhane per shayad is per attention mile "sabse pehale aise Institutes ki list banai jaye jo apne recruitment procedure ke liye har saal advt. nikalte hai lekin fill karne me interested nahi hai
