I am trying to make strong group of people who can support in the Implementation of New tools and technology (especially open source solutions) in the Library and Information centers at Various corners of the country and abroad also on no profit no gain basis, i.e. Only TA/DA and honorariums as per Government/Concern Institute Rules.
