Books Staff Ratio: Norms by UGC?

I want to know about books staff ratio given by UGC. If you have any circular please upload.

Good morning madam. UGC not created any circular for Library books and staff ratio. but all Engineering college and Deemed university areย followedย by AICTE norms. please findย attachment.

AICTE handbook contains rules for library books, journals, E-journals, library space, etc all except required no of library staff.
