Raina Vice Chancellor Laxmipat Singhaniya University, Dr. P.K.Gupta, Ex-Director, Rajasthan University, Ajay Shrivastava Ex University Librarian, Banaras Hindu university, Dr. Vivek Kala President Managerial Board Sanmati Trust ,Dr. Kamal Chand Sogani , President Trust Board and Dr. Kishore Pareek Sir . Basically these awards were given annually to Librarians that devotion to the field of Library and Information science working or connect to Rajasthan. In choosing the recipient, several things are considered, including leadership, professional interest, years of service, and work for society etc.
