BLISC is valid or invalid in Rajshri tondon Open university and Vinayka Mission University

Can you please tell me BLISC is valid in rajshri tondon open university and Vinayka Mission University or not . this is recognized by UGC or not.

Yes valid, I know some students who are empaneled for the post of Librarian in west Bengal School Serviuce Commission 2011. They are from Vinayak Mission Univ.
