Respected Ma'am,

The price for the year 2017 of subscription of Turnitin for 100 user accounts, 10 instuctors is approx     "Three Lakhs & Eighty Thousand " (3,80,000 INR).

Thank you so much for your reply

You may go for URKUND also..through INFLIBNET Centre

We don't have 12B affiliation yet..so we won't be able to get it. I think...Any ways Thanks a lot for your reply.

As per my knowledge goes, for the subscription of Urkund you dont need the 12 B affiliation.Kindly drop an Email to: support@egalactic.in

I meant that through INFLIBNET its not possible without 12B..we can directly subscribe to it..

In case of any problem with the Indian supplier, kindly contact the Urkund Main Team at information@urkund.com with cc copy to support@urkund.com

Universities who have signed MoU and eligible for funding from UGC would get the software free of cost from INFLIBNET Centre. Universities, which are not eligible for grants from UGC, will have to contact M/s. eGalactic directly for placing the order. The price benefit of the product negotiated by the INFLIBNET will be extended to the universities which have signed MoU with INFLIBNET Centre for the price of 0.75 Cents per submission (0.75 USD Per document) + Applicable Taxes with a minimum commitment of 1000 documents (USD 750 + tax per university), there after multiples of 500 documents.

Respected Madam

Without 12B affiliation you can subscribe

URKUND Anti Plagiairism Licenses for a maximum of 1000 Documents with URSA Minor Access with Rs. 77604.00 (Rupees Seventy seven thousand six hundred four only.) including service tax.

You may contact Nisha Sarda

eGalactic

+91 - 9689889311

Yes I already contacted...But they are charging 1.28 Lakhs excluding service Tax

I think, National Law University Assam needs to sign an MoU with INFLIBNET Centre on Shodhganga than they will forward to eGalactic for URKUND and again  eGalactic will cross check regarding MoU.

University of Science & Technology Meghalaya has done URKUND Anti Plagiairism Licenses for a maximum of 1000 Documents with URSA Minor Access with Rs. 77604.00 (Rupees Seventy seven thousand six hundred four only.) in Jan 2017.

Dear All,

Turnitin is expensive than Urkund because of the certain reasons, properties which can't be found in Urkund. I have been commented by many scholars that they don't find Urkund good for checking the plagarised content. Urkund is available in lesser cost and it is good to go but technical instituions in india like IITs and NITs are having Turnitin.

Thank you.
