Sneha mam has told the right way to print screen, and this was very simple method, through this we can create, without text PPT's (it will be attractive)

Dear Anita, You can use Wink software for this purpose. It is easy to use and flexible. You can record voice too if you want. Basically it is used for preparing tutorials.

Sangeeta

Thanks every body

First Download the software. In the menu bar you will find the shortcut at right corner below. To start the shooting you will have to click on that and Pause-Ctrl-shift will help you to start and run the shooting. You can adjust also how many screen you want shoot in one sec or min. Speed also you can define. By default you gets so many screenshots to show process in one sec. You can play this or prepare pdf too. You can select screens also you can add your instructions, pointers and many things. With practice only you will learn. But i find it very interesting and useful.

Pl. read instructions and help files to know more.

Thank's u to all comments

Dear Anita,

Good your purpose solves with print screen command itself which is very common and known to all. I thought you want advanced software for tutorials and want to do some creative work.

When you save the screen with print screen command as jpg for fine look open the file with Microsoft Office Picture Manager and then select Edit Picture option and using different options at right side you can auto correct the image, crop the image, set the color and brightness, resize it, compress it or rotate image as per your requirement.

Regards

Sangeeta

Just press print screen button from keyboard and paste in paint or photoshop.

simply press print scrn and open word and paste ctrl+v. and see the magic.
