sir u can get ready and u inform all eligible candidate we will try UGC didn't inform any cut of list, thanks for ur cooperation

i am also want to fever to court case

dnt think like, u ready to face ur also pass UGC previous eligible cafeteria

Sure sir
Let me clear ur confusion ugc has clearly mentiond there that the final criteria for NET Wud be considered by Ugc before decleration of result.and the final criteria is 65%.hop u understand.

I m also agree with the Manzar ahmad sir, UGC have clearly mentioned that the final criteria for selection will be decided by the UGC before declaration of the result, and the UGC has done.

I think there is No need to pursue case. Plz check this....

The candidates are required to obtain minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III as given below:

CATEGORY Minimum Marks (%) to be obtained
PAPER – I PAPER – II PAPER– III
GENERAL 40 (40%) 40 (40%) 75 (50 %)
OBC(Non-creamy layer) 35 (35%) 35 (35%) 67.5 (45 %) rounded off to 68
PH/VH/SC/ST 35 (35%) 35 (35%) 60 (40 %)

Only such candidates who obtain the minimum required marks in each Paper, separately, as mentioned above, will be considered for final preparation of result.
However, the final qualifying criteria for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result.

1.  but UGC ne 1st paper ko merit list me kyu samil kiya hai?, UGC subject me me eligibility   de rahi hai na ki general studies me. bahut sare eshe loga hai jin ke subject(3rd paper me) me kebal 38 questions sahi hai ukna NET clear ho gaya. aur kuchh ke 45 sahi hai phir bhi NET clear naheen huaa.

good point sir .i agree with u
