Hello Dr.Sunil,
Sir I have passed M.Phil in library science in 2007. According to rewa university M.Phil candidate exempted from test. I belong to Punjab and now working in Jaipur private university. But I have no guide who approved by Rewa University. Sir, please arrange any approved guide for me and next procedure of Phd admission because application form not open in my system due to technical reason.Send me attached application with email.
