I feel if u can teach it is a positive side but it gives a lot of pain also.Further ur values is increased as a valuable teacher but u will also overburden by it and management don't care about ur worries......only they get a weapon to exploit....so that they can find weakness in us.......Frankly I do not like the double standard followed by the school management.Double standard means either they treats u as a librarian or a teacher it depends on their wish n requirement.........n their well being....It is the reason after working 9 years as a librarian cum teacher,I joined as a TGT Science after completing my B.Ed.I m telling u the reality of teacher librarian.Ur personal experience may be different but in UP it is found in the most of the cases.
