Papers published in non-UGC recommended journals

Dear professionals,

Can you please give me the information about the papers published in non-ugc listed journals. if we publish in non-recognized list of journal are they will count in API score or not?

It's supposed to be counted till the date of notification issued by UGC. It is again depends on the decision of selection committee purely.
