Opinion against minium marks for different category

I have a serious objection towards the cut off mark essential for the General category of students who write the UGC exam. To decide a candidate if he has passed or failed in the UGC exam the differentiation in the marks is not acceptable. The eligibility to write UGC has a differentiation in marks which I do not object. But to decide if I have passed or failed in UGC has been declared with different marks for different category, which is very undigestable.Kindly consider and make an equal assessment for all categories. This is my personal opinion which i consider is essential for the future development of our country's education system.

ย I agreeย  withย  you sir and want to add that if SC ST & OBCย  Candidate pass net Exam they canย  apply for job if post for open categories andย  if open candidate not eligibleย  because of passing level is high for net exam and because of passing level law the SC ST & OBCย  CANDIDATEย  is pass and got job for open candidate .ย  as per Ugcย  Regulation NET is minimum Qualification for got job and because off this different passing levelย  high passing level candidate are not available and SC ST & OBC CANDIDATE GOT JOBS FORย  OPENย  categories this is very unlawful for open categories . If SC ST & OBCย  students are pass net exam with high open categories mark then only they can eligible for open posts .

Thank you sir, 100% correct reply what i think

All category ke liye equal marks ko passing hona chahiye.......

** UGC ke aise criteria ke vajese mujhe to lagata hai ki hum mogal samrajya mai hai...

BHIYO KOEE PHAYADA NAHI SARI RAJNATIK PRTIYA BOT KI RAJNEET KARTI HIA..... APNE LABH KI LIYE YE DESH KO BECHNE KE LIYE TAYAR HAI.....

you r right NET is only a eligibility criteria it is not the final to get any job.ย  this criteria should be same to all.ย  for example the students who joins in engineering they will get seat based on reservation but the pass criteria for all will be the same it is only an example for any course the admission process involves the reservation but qualifying / pass criteria will be the same. The same rule should be follow here.

Myย  opinion is same like as you. It creates big gap in our education system and over all development of our country/ society.

Hi sir, it is a serious topic because all candidates are attempt the same paper but general category criteria are high rather than sc category. Total difference between general and sc is 16 marks . It is not fair.ย We have pay in all term maximum suchย as money and marks

Sir,

UGC can fix minimam cut marks.

plz follow this instruction

UGC-NET IN OBJECTIVE MODE FROM JUNE, 2012 ONWARDS

ย

1.

The UGC-NET will be conducted in objective mode from June 2012 onwards. The Test will consist of three papers. All the three papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be held on the day of Examination in two separate sessions as under:
ย
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย
Session Paper Number of Questions Marks Duration
First I 60 out of which 50 questions are to be attempted 50x2 = 100 1ยผ Hours (09.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m.)
First II 50 questions all of which are compulsory 50x2 = 100 1ยผ Hours (10.45 a.m. to 12.00 Noon.)
Second III 75 questions all of which are compulsory 75x2 = 150 2ยฝ Hours (01.30 p.m. to 04.00 p.m.)
ย  ย

2.

The candidates are required to obtain minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III as given below:
ย
ย  ย  ย  ย
Category

Minimum marks (%) to be obtained

Paper-I

Paper-II

Paper-III

General

40 (40%)

40 (40%)

75 (50%)

OBC (Non-creamy layer)

35 (35%)

35 (35%)

67.5 (45%) rounded off to 68

PH/VH/SC/ST

35 (35%)

35 (35%)

60 (40%)

ย  ย
ย

Only such candidates who obtain the minimum required marks in each Paper, separately, as mentioned above, will be considered for final preparation of result.

However, the final qualifying criteria for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result.

ย  ย

3.

The syllabus of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III will remain the same.
ย  ย

4.

The candidates will be allowed to carry the carbon printout of OMR Response Sheets with them on conclusion of the examination.
ย  ย

5.

There will be no negative marking.

ย
Send this message to our Prime Minister, Sardar, Jille-ilahi, Wazir-e-Hindustan, Dr. Manmohan Singh.

UGC Takes NET Exam for recruting talent people...how can they say that reserved category by geting less marks becomes more talented as compare to General category.

And now they are in processs of passing bill for reservation in Promotion that is

Person of general category who is hard worker will not get promotion

And person of reserved category who hardly work will get promotion.

Sir LIS forum ko RAJNITI KA AKHADA mut baniye
