as perย supremeย court judgement and ย UGC defination of teacher Librarian is a teacher....... but librarians neverย fight for our their rights.

ย Dear Namrata Madam,

This is ย the issue ย without fight for right no one listen where as Librarian job is teaching ,guiding as well as counselling the students and teaching staff therefore ย it should be in the teaching staff only beside that fulfill all the information needs of others .
