Hello Harshal ! Late response dene ke liye sorry. Mujhe aapke question ka answer samajh nahi aa raha ki kya doon.? Aap jo kah rahe hai wo sahi hai. Humara lis field humko ek pahchan tak nahi de pa raha hai. Master degree sufficient nahi lagti ab. Aur ye sab sirf isliye hai kyunki bahut kam log hi humare profession ke baare mei jante hain...sabse badi problem yahi hai ki koi lis professional jisko position mil gayi hai ...humare ish profession ke liye kuch karna hi nahi chahta. Usko tou chair mil gayi hai tou baaki ka kuch bhi ho fark nhi padta. Main khud kabhi kabhi nervous ho jati hoon jab mere students ye kahte hain ki ma'am job nahi mil rahi....kabhi kabhi aisa lagta hai jaise hum (lis prf.) sirf ek nursarry ke plants ko taiyar kar rahe hain jinka pata nhi kish garden mei jayenge. Sachi bahut buri condition hai.........main apko yahi advice doongi ki haar mat maniye aur apni qualification ko ish field mei badhayiye....NET , Ph.D etc. Definatelly aapko success milegi. All d best..!

hello harsal! dnt get upset regarding to lis professionals. u have to believe that thare is lots of oppurtunity in this field. it doesnt matter whether u r doing ur mlis from distance or campus .the one and most important thing is ur knowledge abt this field. ok. so dnt worry and do ur studies well. you can get 10,000 as a starting salary in private sector but if u wana go in govt. sector then try to qualify kvs nd navodya.
