We are happy to inform you that Department of Library & Information Science, Central University of Tamil Nadu offers admission to PhD (Full-Time/Part-time) under the Entrance Exam Category for the Academic Year 2025-2026.
PhD Seat Vacancy: Full-Time - 09, Part-Time - 05.
Candidate must have 5 Years of service experience for Part-Time PhD.

Candidates who have completed:
Two year/four semester Master's Degree after a three-year Bachelor Programme, with a minimum of 55% marks aggregate or equivalent grade OR
One year/two semester Master's Degree after a four-year Bachelor Programme, with a minimum of 55% marks aggregate or equivalent grade OR
Four-year bachelor's degree with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade OR M.Phil. Degree with 55% of marks or its equivalent grade.

Application Fee: All eligible candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.2360/- (incl. GST) (GEN/OBC/EWS) and Rs.1770/- (incl. GST) (SC/ST/PWD/Third Gender)
