Originality and Ethics - Manuscripts must be original contributions not previously published or under consideration elsewhere - Authors will receive immediate acknowledgment upon submission - Acceptance decisions will be communicated within one month of receipt - Generalized or superficial treatments are not encouraged; analytical depth is expected
Format and Style - Citation Style: Follow the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition) - File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx format, any version) - Paper Size: A4 - Spacing: Double-spaced throughout - Margins: Generous margins (2.5 cm minimum) on all sides - Length: 10-15 pages, including references - Page Numbering: Consecutive throughout
Structure - Title Page: Include complete manuscript title and all author information on the first page - Abstract: Maximum 150 words, clearly stating objectives, methodology, and key findings - Author Information: Provide complete contact details for all authors (full postal address with PIN code, telephone, email). Clearly identify the corresponding author - Headings: Use clear subheadings at appropriate intervals to enhance readability - Abbreviations: Spell out all abbreviations and acronyms at first use
References and Citations - Use in-text citations and a reference list following APA 7th edition guidelines - Ensure all references are accurate, complete, and verifiable - Personal communications should be cited in-text with exact dates - Notes should be minimized; use only for essential explanations
Tables, Figures, and Illustrations - Create in separate files from the main text - Each table should begin on a new page - Provide high-quality, camera-ready figures - Include figure captions on a separate sheet - Key all visual elements to the text; avoid redundancy between text and tables
Plagiarism and AI Detection - Maximum 10% similarity index (plagiarism) permitted - Maximum 10% AI-generated content detection permitted - Authors must submit plagiarism and AI detection reports with their manuscripts - Contact editors if you need assistance with plagiarism/AI detection tools - Any use of AI tools must be disclosed and must not replace author originality - AI usage must comply with publisher policies; clearly acknowledge AI assistance where applicable
Copyright - A signed copyright agreement must be submitted with the final manuscript - Template will be provided upon conditional acceptance
