In respect of  my clarification raised  whether  Librarian are categorised under non vacation teachingtaff   you have informed that  the last year UGC issued a letter to Haryana Govt. (I have copy of the letter and can provide who ever is interested) in which it has been clearly mentioned that "Librarian should be treated as non-academic non vacational staff".  kindly provide the copy of the letter and send to my email id ayyappanbpk@gmail.com or in the LIS Portal. the letter may be useful to all library professionals to claim their leave encashment salary.Once again i req suest you to provide the letter.

sir, I m in National Dairy research institute  karnal mai as a Senior research fellow work kar rhe hu waha library ka data OCLA mai dal rhe hu...or koha software install ho raha h waha 2 year hu yaha per its not permanent.Waise or bhe library ke sari field mai kaam karti hu time to time
