Dear Professionals, Kindly Suggest me the Process for write off of  6 Books Lost during annual stock verification in a College Library with 1500 Volumes of Books.

If the books are continuously found lost/misplaced in the last three stock verifications, only then these can be forwarded to college authorities, requesting them to write off the books from library records.
