56th Indian Library Conference on Public Libraries: I,m presenting paper

Since my paper has been accepted for publication in the coming 56th National Conference of Indian Library Association (ILA). I shall be visiting O.P Jindal Global University on 22nd to 23rd July.

Let,s participate in this event and contribute our ideas and thoughts and get other's ideas and thoughts also.

The outcome of this conference is to put stress on the policy makers to birng the issue of public library development on chief agenda. There is need to strengthen public library act and to passย library act in the remaining states so that proper funding is ensured to the public library system accros the country. Untill and unless ICT is implemented in these libraries, they could not render effectiveย sevices to the community they are located in.
