Yes, Kamaljeet Kaur, i am also thinking so because we Librarians specially women needs security. OK we will again discuss it together and will carry on. Be in Touch. Thanks for replying. United we stand, divided we fall.

As Kamaljeet's opinion, yes we can raise voice againist this issue but this is not so easy. The following link may  help anyway

Be in Touch. Thanks for replying. United we stand, divided we fall.

this is not a big matter now a days if u r able to hendling of ur work smoothly ,with hardworking ,honisty and with co operation ,than no question about proffesional security of men or women, today women are going to top in every field so i think dont worry and enjoy ur proffesion .

No, that's not the problem what you are thinking.

Dear ,

I am quite agree with Akash Babu. But as he is  saying this not big matter, So can he tell us  the limitation of calling such a big matter?  Sir ,Babita madam  is saying about physically assaulted by  tadministrative authority

The problem is very much serious for the female professional.

The may face some irritating and objectionable behaviors from their seniors specially the administrator.
Most of the time the employees keep their mouth shut due to shyness or threat from the concerned culprit.

My opinion is that in case of any such incident, the victim should immediately inform higher authority and other colleagues.
I support your opinion.
Thanks, Apurba

This is a very serious matter . In my opinion if anything happens like this than this issue must be raised. There are so many organisation already working for this. Anyone can knock the door of the Womens cell or human right .
