KVS Librarian Recruitment Confusion

Dear Professionals,

Please clarify, Is M.L.I.Sc degree holder eligible to apply KVS Librarian Post..?

They are given B.L.I.Sc Qualification In there notification.

I think only mlisc completed candidates can apply .

Dnt you knw that 

Blib is one year course

mlisc is 4 sem integrated course.

 mlisc doing candidates ( integrated mlisc ) cant apply

Wothout completing 4 sem .

Not only mine ur dept also will not provide Blib certificate , when u doing integrated Mlisc course.

Just think logic 

How a university provide certificate without completing Course...??

Sorry to say..But if you ask to any expert he will say that mca 1st year certificate is equivalent to pgdca..

Same is with mlis student..Dey do have 1st year certificate as a showmark for their Blib qualification.

And as govind said scenario could be diff. depending on departments to department

our university has approved us to use 1st year mlisc certificate as b.lib certificate..even dey will be providing documentary evidence for the same
