I tried to install DSpace on Window OS but last two step is not installed successfully (MVN package is complete successfully build next step is "ant-fresh" step is not successfully build.

if this is the case then
go to pgadmin >> select dspace database >> select SQL quiries>> in SQL editor type CREATE EXTENSION pgcrypto; and hit enter. after this try to run ant fresh_install
