This notice is a old one....way back in 2014 regarding admissible for Asha to appear in the exam..... judgement done on 22/08/2014....

The judgment came on 22/08/14 ?

And DSSSB is filing a review petition now ? That does not look symmetrical...

Any information on the hearing date of this case or idea how long it may take now ?

I think judgement on 22/08/14 was regarding to permission for exam for asha and others

and judgement on 19/10/15 was regarding to declaration on result of these guys.

now after mark declaration DSSSB have to process the result...but they can't process this result due to over age of these guys...so they ask to user department for this and user department submit a review petition in high court to review of asha and others case only..

so i suppose this will affected only person who belongs to this case only..not all candidates..

And the review petition can be submit in 1 month after judgment...so its last date was 18/11/2015..so user department have to submit a review petition on or before 18/11/2015...but dsssb called for document verification on 10/11 Dec 2015..

so i think result process ban is not applicable for all candidates..its notice for only who belongs to this case.
