hello Reshmi,

A research report is one type that is often used in the
sciences, engineering and psychology. Here your aim is to write clearly and
concisely about your research topic so that the reader can easily understand the
purpose and results of your research.
research report may focus on a specific stock or industry sector, a currency, commodity or fixed-income instrument, or even on a geographic region or country. Research reports generally, but not always, have "actionable" recommendations
