so why did they mention in the admit card obc other state if obc otherstat=unreserved  and in the form there was a option for obc other state.

as per which SC/ST candidates of other States /U.Ts. shall also be eligible for reservation benefit. However this shall be further subject to policy decision of Govt. of Delhi for SC/ST migrants of other States.

Delhi ek Kendra Sasit State hai. Jab waha ST/SC ko reservation mil sakta hai to OBC ko Q nahi. Aur Delhi me ST to sayad nahi hai
