Encyclopædia Britannica, Inc. announced it would no longer continue to publish its printed editions

Publication date 1768–2010 (printed version)

In March 2012, the company announced that the 2010 edition would be the last printed version. This was announced as a move by the company to adapt to the times and focus on its future using digital distribution

12,000 sets of the 2010 edition were printed, of which 8,000 had been sold as of 2012. By late April 2012, the remaining copies of the 2010 edition had sold out at Britannica's online store.

In 2012 it was announced that the 2010 edition—the 15th, spanning 32 volumes and 32,640 pageswould be the last printed edition, with digital content and distribution continuing after that.

   

    Britannica's final print edition was in 2010, a 32-volume set.[1] Britannica Global Edition was printed in 2010. It contained 30 volumes and 18,251 pages, with 8,500 photographs, maps, flags, and illustrations in smaller "compact" volumes. It contained over 40,000 articles written by scholars from across the world, including Nobel Prize winners. The Last Print Version is in 2010 only that, they stop the print version announced in 2012 so last print version is 2010. in first answer key published in february cbse net given answer=B

By Grace of God, me and my 2 classmates from Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kerala, cleared JRF in the first attempt itself. 3 others cleared NET.
