M.R.P. Received By Librarian in XII Plan through Pune WRO UGC

In new M.R.P. List published in the Pune WRO UGC website, Many Librarian have got M.R.P under XII plan. Does It mean that Librarian can also do the MRP? ย only one certificate must be given which is attached with this forum. Please share your views
