Dear Harin,
Before attending the interview I would like to check the one of the main criterion i.e -ability to read, write, speak Bengali. If you possess this then only be interviewed. This may be dishearten to you but this is the norms for all the states, for State Govt. jobs. In Bihar, UP you need to be domicile of that place, also must know Hindi. In Odisha Oriya. In Haryana- Hindi or Sanskrit. However for State schools of Bengal there are Hindi, Urdu, Odiya, Telegu media. There candidates knowing such language can apply.
