Regarding the Webometric Study

Respected Professionals,

           If we need to do the Webometric Study on any particular website, before the study has been carried out, shall we have to take a permission from the organisation or institute?

Please tell me about this.

For Webometric study, it is not necessary to get permission from the website designer / institute.
