Last chance my friends, If you want justice, You need to co-operate us...otherwise you will be responsible for loss of career opportunity, not for yourself but for others also. Read it carefully....................read it carefully............
Dear friends yesterday we were visited to supreme court and UGC. In supreme court we meet some lawyers and discussed to bring our matter regarding UGC NET JUNE 2012 to SC but most of lawyers disagreed with this view. Then we move to UGC office, behaviour on reception after knowing our visit purpose was very rough or I can call it indirect misbehave. Chairman was not present there and we meet to there PS (personal Secretary) and he arrange telephonic talk with Mr Surender Kumar (Director or In-charge NET Bureau) and he deny to speak anything. He said it is not my decision and people from UGC to MHRD engaged in this. He cant do anything. Then from other sources from UGC ( i am not going to mention them) i got news that UGCs intention is to linger on the matter for years in courts. they will challange the DB judgement in SC or if possible in full bench of same HC(KERALA) to linger on the matter for years because after some period it will lost its rationality for those who are fighting for it. There are more then 400 cases about UGC net 2012 June in country. After all discussions we have finalize to protest on 26 february 2013 at UGC Head Office situated on Bahadur Shah Jafar Marg, NEw delhi. There is no other way to get justice soon. We had it as last option friends. Believe me out gathering can stop UGC to delaying Justice to lakhs of our friends. Your co-operation will decide the path of success or to Justice for all. 
Now it is your turn friends, Success is in your own hands. No one can fight for you. You must need to came Delhi to save your career. You know 2014 is election year and for vote bank most of state governments are going to fill posts in next 6 to 10 months, If we failed this time, there are no chances to be an associate professor in next 4-5 years. I know everyone have a work but you can postpone it otherwise your dreams will postponed for years and you will be responsible for distortion of you career nor UGC or Courts or another one....
