sir,

this is again invalid, as per Kerala H C judgement. once it is said no new criteria can be create after exam over. 

then any criterion by UGC is invalid, due not supported by their rules as H C of Kerala find it out.

Does this mean that the result declared on September 2012 will stand null & void now. And  a new list of candidates will be declared.......Please clarify friends....

no the same result will be there and only if a person scores an aggregate of 65% for general caegory, 60% for OBC, and 55% for SC/ST and top 7% candidates will be selected only and then only if u fall within that 7% merit u will be eligible for clearing the exam.

so this means no new result will be declared. this is only to clarify the criteria for june 2012 exam.Is that what its all about or is there anything else to it.?????.....

यु जी सी ने नेट की परीक्षा का नतीजा रद्ध कर दिया है। कमीशन की परीक्षा शाखा ने नतीजा तैयार करते समय अपनी मनमर्जी से अंक बढा कर नतीजा तैयार कर दिया था।
भरोसेमद सुत्रो के अनुसार कमीशन पहले के आधार पर जल्दी ही नतीजा तैयार कर के देगा।
