I come to know the circular/proof of AICTE norms for Librarian grade pay after completing the 6 years service in the pay band Rs.15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 6000.How the pay band converted in Rs.7000 without holding PhD and M.Phil kindly send the rules for that.
