 All the given options are wrong.One thing is that Unity of command is one of the 14th   principles of management coined by Henry Foyel's not by Peter Drucker.

LIBRARY NETWORK IS  DELNET is right answer  , NICNET (NOT A LIBRARY NETWORK) and OCLC IS OHIO COMPUTER LIBRARY CENTRE not a network, internet is international network
