Sir mi ithe maje mat mandat ahe. Kay pratyek rajyane UGC chya virrudh special case dakhal karne garjeche ahe? Jar Keral madhil student na junya criteria pramane qulify karat astil tar dusarya state madhil student pan karavech lagel na? Kay UGC fakt jya vidyarthyani case dakhal keli ahe tyanach fakt pass karnar ahet? bakichyana nahi? Tase asel tar sagalya vidyarthyani case dakhal karayala paisa anayacha kuthun? Mala nahi vatat ki pratyek rajyatil mulani vegali case dakhal karavi. Tumhala kay vatate?
