I think inflibnet consortium is best....u can search with this linkย http://www.inflibnet.ac.in/econ/

Inflibnet e-consortium N-LIST is very useful for college library. under this consortium 3000 e-journals and 100000 e-books are available in just Rs.5000/- (annual fee). Forย  more details visit www.inflibnet.ac.in
