When UGC will announce the UGC NET Key Answers?

This is very bad response of UGC. Is there any press note given by UGC regarding the UGC NET key answer?

This is Since long...........we have called them twice...........they said...end of June then End of July.......now u r saying August.........This is confusing........they should immediately declare the Key as the system is developed for the same by UGC.............Dont you think its useless ..............
