Thank you, very much, sir. Kindly take necessary action. Only publicity among the people should reach the UGC concerned. Then only an interim measure will be released so as to help the M.Phil. holders those who have completed till the publication of the amendment through gazette.

Yes, it should be challanged, It is injustice to the M.Phil degree holders. Mr Subhash Athavale (V.P. Mumbai University College Librarian,s Associan and senate member University of mumbai is working on this line u may contact him it will help us to make the case storang.
