THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE FULLY DEVOTED TO SOLVE OUR LIBRARY PROBLEMS RELATED TO STAFF,PAY SCALES,TOย IMPLEMENTย ACT IN STATES,TO MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES IN SYLLABUS IN ALL UNIVERSITIES,TO SET ELIGIBILITYย CRITERIA,etc
