Clarification needed on UGC-NET II & III Papers

"How the type of questions in BOTH the II & III PAPERS of UGC - NET DIFFER as they are in the same OBJECTIVE MODE". I mean, are both the 2 papers contains MULTIPLE choice questions like in 2nd paper or also contains FILL UP the BLANKS, MATCH the FOLLOWING etc.

As i realize that library and information science subject is very vast and deep in nature and i feel that third paper will cover the latest and deep questions in library and information science.
