My heartfelt congratulations to our beloved Madam-DR. CHAITALI DUTTA, DLIS, JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, KOLKATA-32 to become the CHAIRMAN, WEST BENGAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (WBBSE). So far my knowledge goes possibly its the first time in the educational history of West Bengal that such an important policy making post has ever gone to any LIS community.
