It's redicules and after 2 or 3 years institution is realized that fresher candidate or non professional candidate is not good for this profession but now nthing can't do 'coz they have been finished the library and now at this time the institution will appoint a qualified Librarian and he/she watch the library has been finished and it will take time to get proper library.

Dear Anil sir
Sorry for disterbing you. I would like to thank you that you replied but you said "I think if someone who is a non professional and is trying to learn something in the field of library science we should come forward and appreciate his/her efforts. The reason behind is that now a days very less youngsters is opting for doing courses realeted to library science.ā€
Yes you are right that we should come forward to appreciate his/her afforts but when he/she is working as a librarian and he/she is not eligible to work as this post and for this case what should we do and on the other hand a qualified person is working under his/her than how can you say so ?
