1. but 1st paper ko merit list me kyu samil kiya gaya...?
2. 1st paper kebal JRF ki merit me samil kiya jata hai.
3. UGC ne apna kam(work) kum karne ke liye esha kiya hai jo merit JRF ke liye banayee hai ushi me NET ke liye qualifying criteria (cut-off %age) category-wise set kar ke list teyar kardi hai.
4. Its not fair, jo criteria pahale se chala aa raha tha ushi ke aadhar per merit teyar karni
chahiye thee(kebal 3rd paper ki merit list banani chahiye thee).
5. esh point per UGC per case kiya ja sakata hai, kyu ki UGC ne e mention naheen kiya tha ki 1st paper ko bhi merit me samil kiya jayega.

WHEN THEY NOTIFY THAT NET WILL CHANGE ITS MODE TO MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION PATTERN, THEN THEY WROTE A LINE- "However, the final qualifying criteria for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result.".PLEASE SEE- http://ugcnetonline.in/ugc_net_objective_mode.php.

sir,
i am with u, as it is eligibility test and not competitive exam...So we should go to court.
Else UGC should change its name to NCE (National Competitive Examination) and not NET (National eligibility test) ....
