Split Duty Allowance and Double Transport Allowance for Library Staff
1. Is it permissible that the duty hours of librarians can be divided in two shift?
2. Govt employees whose duty hour split in different shift are entitled for split duty allowance but librarians are not entitled for this, whereas working hour of librarian's are also split in two shifts in many institutions.
