Thaks Mr. Balvant for sending GFR 2005 explaining physical verification of library books. GFR is updated by Government of India every year and the same is updated every year under Swamy's GFR Book. GFR 2010 is also available.  Thanks for valuable information again.

Dear Balvant ji,

GFR 2010 & 2011 is not available in soft copy.  I will send the stock verification portion after scanning the relevant pages rather there is not any change in the rule since 2005.
