Hello,

this is KR Kumar librarian from loyola degree college

there is no MPHIL cours in IGNOU university Only Karnataka in Gulbraga University

Please read carefully UGC's rules for validity of M.Phil & Ph.D. in Library Science through distance mode before registering/enrolling yourself. Because there is a notification from UGC of 2017 which speaks against it.

I have attached the notification for your deliberation.

Please check from UGC website whether any new notification ammending this one has been issued in recent years.
