One Nation One Subscription

Hello Everyone

India will adopt a “One Nation, One Subscription” policy for scientific research papers and academic journals from April 2023 to ensure access for researchers countrywide.


This will replace individual institutional journal subscriptions.

Anyone having a broader knowledge on this Please Discuss.

As per my my understanding all the government institutions/ government funded institutions will be provided access through one nation one subscription. Govt. of India office may take a single subscription for all the intuitions.  All the Intuitions will have to provide their IP address for the same. They will be developing a single consortium also. So this single consortium will replace all the exiting consortium. Please go through the below letters also.

3. ONE NATION ONE SUBSCRIPTION by Usha Mujoo Munshi and Jagdish Arora
