Consistent Good Academic Record for Librarian Post

I scored below 50% during 10th.

Does that score makes me ineligible to apply for MPPSC librarian post although I fulfilled all the requirements for this role?

Sir,

A good academic record is under the purview of institutions and generally varies from institute to institute. It is advisable to approach MPPSC on this matter.
