I request you all to kindly suggest names of some good open universities for pursuing M.Phil. through distance mode.

  As per UGC Reulation authority No university can Run M Phil/PHD Throughh Distance Mode. For your information i am enclosing UGC Doc.

i think in 2009 M Phil/PHD Throughh Distance mode is approved by UGC

If you want to do Phd through distance mode then visit Algappa University Karaikudi site for more info.
