Library Website Design and Web Hosting

I want to design a website for an institute's Library voluntarily. So, I need help for designing the web pages in a minimum possible time and host it at minimal charges or free.

The actual cost of your library website is depend on your content your requirement. I will design website with html 5 to 8 pages with one blog acoount & unlimited email account with .com or .info domain including hosting. Charges Rs. 7000 only.

well Mr. Murtaza its not possible for me to design ur website only in Rs. 550. The price shuld be negotiable if you are intrested. But only Rs 550 its not possible. in this amount wher is hosting charge, where is domain price & where is designing & configuration charge. Think about.
