I think 1st you must decide your interest of area, after that choose dissertation topic.

Mains wse nahin samjha. Par agar aap topic repeat hone ki baat kar rahe hain to jyada chinta ki baat nahin kyonki, appka area aur population to alag hi rahega. Is case me koi dikkat nahin hai.
